Barani/ Side Aerial Workshop

With Megan Bolton & Ellen EmeryThe Barani (side Aerial) workshop will focus on drills and exercises to help achieve a Barani as well as perfecting the barani and all kinds of variations!!
Pre-requisites for the workshop - Strong cartwheel and step hop cartwheel. If you are unsure please email and one of our staff will be able to help.
Please note the Barani is an Intermediate acrobatic trick - We can not guarantee students will achieve the skill on the day (hopefully some do!) However students will learn a good foundation of what drills will help achieve their barani with on going practice.
All acrobats and gymnasts with previous experience are welcome! You don't need to be a regular student at IEM.
