Join Helen Goh - renowned pastry chef, recipe developer with Ottolenghi, co-author of 'Sweet' and 'Comfort', beloved columnist and practising psychologist - for a warm and wide-ranging conversation about her first solo book 'Baking and the Meaning of Life'.Drawing on her dual careers in food and psychotherapy, Helen invites us into her kitchen and her mind, showing how baking is more than the sum of its ingredients: it’s a pathway to joy, connection, and self-discovery.
Helen will be joined in-conversation by Cara Waters, City Editor for The Age, friend of the bookstore and devoted foodie.
