Welcome back to my monthly yin yoga series.BLOOM
A soothing Sunday eve in the cosy North Freo Hall.
A space to pause, breathe, and reset.
A grounding practice to help you slow down and soften.
There will be nice music, the last of the days light fading across the north facing windows, and a safe space to land, unwind and reconnect. We'll move through some breathing techniques, a floor-based yin sequence with longer holds and a short meditation to finish.
Please BYO:
- Yoga mat
- Bolster/ pillow/ cushion
- Wear comfy clothing
Class will run for 75 mins.
All are welcome.
