If you’re an Early Years Educator, family member, or service provider working with young children, join Little Green Steps WA for this engaging 1-hour webinar exploring the role of social work in early years settings.Hosted by Master of Social Work students, Damilola Olabode & Zhendong Yang, this session will unpack the scope of social work in early years spaces, highlight the support available to educators, children and families, and challenge some of the common myths about the profession.
We’ll talk about what social workers actually do, from building relationships and linking families to support services, to supporting educators wellbeing, advocating for children’s rights, and contributing to inclusive, culturally responsive learning environments.
