As the sun sinks low and the breeze begins to cool, come move, breathe, and unwind beneath the open sky.Join us every Wednesday at 5pm behind the children’s playground next to the dog park on Sanctum Boulevard, Mount Low — for a gentle flow yoga class that welcomes all bodies, ages, and experience levels.
