The event includes a paddock walk at MOUNT BOLTON SPRINGS, and a MBS BBQ Wagyu lunch.

James Manning - 2024 Lachlan Hughes Foundation Alumni in Regenerative Farming, Thoroughbred Stud Manager at Darley & Godolphin Northwood Park, Board Member of Vic NoTill, will convene practical insights into soil health, seeds and regenerative farming from leading voices in the field.

🌱 Mr. Dom Walker – RCS Teacher, Advisor and Coach in regenerative agribusiness. Dom holds master's degrees in Agricultural Science and Food Systems with experience across Australia and Latin America. Dom and his family manage a beef operation in Victoria's high country.

The morning will conclude with a gathering around the table for one of Susie’s signature MBS Wagyu BBQ lunches, featuring wagyu beef raised right here on regenerative Victorian pastures.
