Summer baking with berries

Growing up in Germany, summer in my family has always been synonymous with the most delicious and refreshing berry and other fruit tarts.
Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, silvanberries … there are so many different varieties available in the Hills! In this class I will show you how to make some amazing tarts consisting of creamy, yet light, fillings and the best local berries and other fruit, as available on the day.
Apart from being fun, the class is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to replicate each recipe at home. I keep the classes small (with a max of 6 participants), so that there is plenty of opportunity for questions and conversations to maximise your learning experience.

COST and inclusions
$165 per participant plus booking fees. Hands-on class, duration of 4 - 4 1/2 hours. You take home one of each cake that you make, as well as the recipes, and a light lunch (platters with dips, cheese, vegies, fruit and bread) will be offered at the end of the class.
