• 11:00–12:00 → Stretch & Technique (combined with Seniors)
• 12:00–1:00 → Lyrical – flow, storytelling, artistry
• 1:00–2:00 → Commercial Jazz – power, performance, style
🔥 Seniors (13+):
• 11:00–12:00 → Stretch & Technique (combined with Juniors)
• 12:00–1:00 → Commercial Jazz – high energy, sharp combos
• 1:00–2:00 → Lyrical – strength, emotion, artistry
