Roz Hammond has been an actor for thirty years - appearing in classic Aussie movies and TV shows including Muriel's Wedding, The Dish and Shaun Micallef's Mad As Hell. She's been a yoga teacher for over a decade and a passionate advocate of EFT tapping. OH, and she's also been a long time friend of anxiety!!In this 2.5 hour fun and interactive workshop come and learn a smorgasbord of science backed/evidence based methods to conquer your anxiety. From ancient yogic breathing to Qi Jong and psychology based methods together with EFT tapping and good old actor tips and tricks.
