Are you looking for a different way to spend Halloween? A spooky astronomy fix, or a special present for somebody? Look no further!Observatory visits are evening sessions targeted at members of the public who would like to see an observatory in action and (weather permitting) look through the telescopes.
The fully guided session lasts two hours and includes tours of the domes and museum and an introduction to the night sky. If the sky is clear, the visit will include viewing through the observatory telescopes.
Sessions run if the sky is clear or cloudy. We only cancel the event if the weather is dangerous. Our team will entertain and inform you regardless of cloud cover.
The cost is $60 per adult over 15 and $30 per child over 5. NOT SUITABLE for children under 5 Years of age. This price includes Finger food throughout the evening.
Observatory visits are incredibly popular and the income from them supports vital maintenance, so our cancellation policy is strict, See Website.
