The 2025 global theme, 'Design for Strength', invites reflection on how architecture creates enduring and adaptable outcomes.Building on this idea, this panel, 'Building for Success: Balancing Growth and Sustainability in Practice', explores what strength means within the context of practice management.
Hear from a range of architectural practices - of varying sizes - as they share strategies for navigating growth while maintaining stability, creativity, and a strong practice culture.
With most ACA members leading small practices, the conversation will delve into the realities of balancing design excellence, staffing, profitability, and long-term sustainability in today’s complex professional landscape.
Speakers include Alexandra Buchanan from Alexandra Buchanan Architecture and Michael Lavery from M3 Architecture with more to be announced. A light lunch is included in the ticket price.
