Join us for an informative and emotionally charged night focussing on talking about Mental Health and breaking the stigma around Mental Health.
Lets Talk will guide the night and we will hear lived experience and resilience stories from guest speakers Jack Wright and Fitzy. This will be followed by Lets Talk experts discussing their mission in enhancing a communities capacity to support each others mental health and wellbeing. This is especially important when we live in a rural and/or isolated farming community.
Mental health is a responsibility for all individuals to create a suicide safe community.
The night will be opened up to a Q&A from lived experience speakers and Lets Talk Foundation.
