TERMS OF PURCHASE. Book carefully as there is no refund or exchange after purchase, if you make a mistake in the booking, change your mind or have a change of circumstance that prevents you from attending or are unable ot attend due to sickness or other circumstance. Download your confirmation to your device or print out and bring with you on the night. Event organisers reserve the right to refuse admittance. If you do not receive your ticket (and there is usually a simple explanation for this), please contact us via the link on this page & should the transaction be completed, the tickets will be located and re sent to you. BE WARY OF BUYING FROM PEOPLE ON FACEBOOK unless you know them & DO NOT BUY from resellers like Viagogo. If attending in a group, make a conscious effort to arrive together as attendees arriving saying they are part of a group that hasnt arrived may be asked to wait outside. Do not photocopy tickets & hand to friends or family as the first copy will be honoured and all subsequest tickets rejected. In the event a postponement, all tickets are valid for the new date. You will be notified of the new date and ticket holders have 14 days to advise if unable to attend and request a refund. In the event of a full cancellation, the funds for your ticket will be refunded back to the card from which they were booked.
