Greater Shepparton City Council is calling on community-minded residents to join one of the many Greater Shepparton Community Asset Committees (CAC), which play a vital role in managing and maintaining some of our region’s most important community facilities.Community Asset Committees oversee public halls, community centres and recreation reserves on behalf of Council, helping to ensure these spaces remain safe, welcoming, and well-used by the community.
An upcoming information session will be held for anyone interested in learning more about joining a Community Asset Committee, on Tuesday 30th September 5.00pm to 6.00pm at the Council Offices, Welsford Street, Shepparton.
