Join Princess Belle with your favourite dress up on for an hour of yoga inspired by the fun of a tea party!

With a little help from the imagination, we will
- smell the flowers of spring
- dance like a disco cat
- embrace the warmth of the sun
- stir a cake + pour cups of tea

And before heading into the day enjoy the magic of a glitter meditation!
