The Systemic Renewal Residency 2025 will be hosted from 10-13 November at the historic Caux Palace, Switzerland.We look forward to welcoming you to our annual immersion experience in personal and strategic renewal for exceptional change leaders, who sometimes feel overwhelmed.
Whether you are already a certified Renewalist, currently completing your certification, or just interested in dipping your toes, we know that our Residency can offer you a renewed sense of your personal vocation, space to shake-off the residue that comes with working in the ‘trenches’ of change leadership, and meaningful strategies to win the battles you face.
At Caux, you will have the opportunity to:
- Receive personalised support to develop renewed change strategies for your context;
- Practice our evidence-based framework with a global community of Renewalists; and
- Take time to rest, explore and enjoy the Palace, Montreaux and have dinner at the award-winning local restaurant Le CouCou.
