Vidyarambham, -Beginning of knowledge, is a day when children are initiated into the world of education through a sacred ritual of writing their first letters.കുട്ടികളെ ആദ്യമായി അക്ഷരങ്ങൾ എഴുതിക്കുന്ന ഹൈന്ദവാചാരമാണ് വിദ്യാരംഭം. നവരാത്രിയുടെ അവസാന ദിവസമായ വിജയദശമി നാളിൽ പ്രഭാതത്തിൽ ആണ് വിദ്യാരംഭം നടത്താറുള്ളത്.
