The Defence Force School of Music holds a regular series of ‘At Home’ Concerts throughout the year at Simpson Barracks, Watsonia. These performances are free, and open to the public.

A variety of music, including jazz, popular music, classical favorites and military marches will be featured during these concerts and performed by Defence Force musicians.

At Home Concert Series 2026

• 26th August
• 23rd of September

Ticket sales will open on the Monday 3 weeks prior to the Concert date

Entry is via Crew Street Gate, from 9:45 - 10:30 am, no access will be granted outside of this time.Photo ID must be shown on arrival, and audience names will be placed on a list for security purposes.

Parking will be available in the vicinity of DFSM, as directed by uniformed personnel.

Please prepare to be seated in Newman Hall by 10:20am. All concerts commence at 10:30 am.

*Please note that dates may change due to military tasking. We will keep you informed of any changes leading up to the concert and provide alternate concert dates.
