Melissa McIntosh, in partnership with Fernwood Gym Penrith, is hosting a special charity fitness competition for women on October 18, 2025 to raise funds for the McGrath Foundation. All proceeds will go directly towards supporting the McGrath Foundation with 5 breast care nurses at Nepean Hospital. This event will bring together gym members, women in the community, and families for a fun, high-energy day dedicated to health, fitness, and breast cancer awareness.
