2. SET UP CAMPSITE: Sat 20th September, 2025 9.30-11am SHARP AT BAYPARK (or until finished). Meet at MacDonalds at 8.30am to plan our entry together. Site S2-MD3. This is a work site: Noone under age 18 allowed.
3. DISMANTLE CAMP: Sun 28th September, 2025. Possibly 3pm. Updates on What's Ap. No entry until last bus leaves. Beware to avoid blocking buses enroute. Site S2-MD3 This is a work site: Noone under age 18 allowed.
4. HANG TENTS: Sun 28th Sept 5pm or ASAP after trailer returns (notifications via What's Ap)
5. Tents fold and all gear away. Tuesday 30 September or Wednesday 1st October if tents not dry. TBA time
