Join Cass for this Women's Circle - "Silence & Sounds - Deep Listening & Drumming". This Women's hoop drum circle will open with a drum meditation where you get to relax and receive the drum. We then set an intention and will weave our time together by playing specific rhythms, maybe drum & chant and do a walk and drum meditation while embracing the magic and stillness found within silence between the beats. Experience the meditative, empowering and healing effects of sitting in the energy of a women's circle as we drum. Our circle will offer a safe space for you to listen deeply to your own inner wisdom. You are encouraged to bring a journal (optional). Each circle has a different theme and offers something different each time.Cass holds a BMus - various drum circle facilitator courses, has studied core shamanic principles & is a Women's Circle Facilitator. She has special interest in the healing qualities of the hoop drum.
