face to face classesGestation: 32-34weeks pregnant
session 1- Birthing your baby: physiological birth
session 2- When medical assistance is required
session 3- Feeding your baby
session 4- Life with your newborn and postpartum care
will include a tour of the maternity ward
Dates:
Monday 5th January 2026- Session 1
Wednesday 7th January 2026-Session 2
Monday 12th January 2026 - Session 3
Wednesday 14th January 2026- Session 4
Time: 6:00pm-8:30pm, arrive 5mins early
**1 ticket required for 1 participant for all 4 sessions**
each participant can bring along one support person. The support person does not require a ticket.
Venue: Frank Lodge, Level 1 Warrnambool Base Hospital
Wear: comfortable clothing
BYO: water bottle, snacks
