HJDBC 2025 Annual Social Weekend @ Louee
About
The Louee Enduro and Motocross Complex is on Lue Station, a working sheep and cattle property situated near the village of Lue in Central NSW. It’s approximately four hours drive from Sydney.Each year we book it for the Club’s annual Social for three days riding (Fri, Sat, Sun), with our catered dinner and Awards night on Saturday night the pinnacle of the weekend.
As per 2025 calendar, this year the dates are Fri-Sun 21-23 November 2025.
Those that ride – kids and adults – enjoy the kilometres of enduro trails and/or the multiple speciality tracks that Louee offers from Friday to Sunday.

No dogs are permitted on Lue Station.

Accommodation
All accommodation is on Lue Station. There is a choice of Trackside Camping, Louee Cottage or Shearer's quarters.
Lue Cottage
- The Cottage sleeps twelve (4 rooms with 2 single beds and 1 room with 4 single beds). Blankets, pillows and towels are provided in Lue Cottage.
The Shearer's Quarters
- The Quarters which sleeps thirty-two (8 rooms with 1 single bed each and 12 rooms with 2 single beds each). You will need to bring pillows, sheets, blankets (or a sleeping bag), and towels
When booking, you will only need to select how many beds you would like as the price covers two nights. We will allocate families to the rooms and will confirm with you which room you will be allocated to.
Ride passes ARE NOT included in accomodation tickets. These must be purchased seperately.
Camping
- Camping tickets are all inclusive. It includes camping fees, dinner AND ride passes.
- DO NOT purchase additional ride passes if camping.
- Due to limited bathroom facilities in the camping area, those with camper vans with their own bathroom facilities will get preference for spots in the campground if there is competition for places. You may be asked to move to accomodation if required and the difference will be payable.
Fees and Charges
- Fees for riding, dinner and accommodation are all ‘pre-paid’ this year through our TryBooking System and details will be provided in the link. Prices as outlined on the ticket schedule.
- Each ticket is per person. You will need to allocate a ticket to each person you bring. This will help sign on.
Saturday Night Dinner and Awards Night
Dinner is from 6:30 pm, at the Shearers Cottage. Campers will drive up to Shearers for the night.
Remember to BYO camping chair, drinks, plates and cutlery.
Please indicate if there are any dietary requirements in your booking.
Other Important Information
- Food and Drink
There’s a Kiosk at the complex that sells lunches. Otherwise, you’ll need to self-cater for all meals other than dinner on Saturday night. Snacks are good during the day, and you’ll want plenty of water/ drinks especially if it’s hot.
- Bikes and Riding
You cannot buy petrol at Louee; so bring what you need.
You can use their overnight bike storage.
You cannot ride before 9am, or after 5pm.
Their on-site Bike workshop can help you with mechanicals.
Especially if it’s wet/ muddy, take lots of $2 coins to pressure wash bikes each day as they will need it.
Anyone who does the enduro loops will need to pump their tyres up to at least 17psi to reduce the chance of punctures.
If it remains wet and muddy, consider taking spare brake pads for the bikes.
What else to bring
Camping chairs and a Gazebo can make non-ride times more comfortable.
Arrival
- If you arrive before 5pm on Friday, please sign into reception and you will be allocated your sleeping arrangements. You will also need to sign your waiver form for riding. If you arrive after, please go straight to your allocated accommodation (confirmed through TryBooking) and return to reception in the morning to sign your waiver.
