Step into the shadows of Yass Cemetery for a unique guided tour that uncovers the OUT OF THE ORDINARY deaths of its residents. Hear tales of tragedy, misfortune, and untimely demise as our Yass Valley History Centre volunteers bring the darker side of local history to life.This two-hour walk blends history and the macabre — an unforgettable way to engage with the past as the sun sets over the cemetery.
Please note: Due to sensitive and confronting content, this tour is suitable for adults only.
Two dates available:
6pm Friday 31 October 2025 – Halloween Edition, costumes are encouraged 🎃
6pm Saturday 15 November 2025
The cemetery ground is uneven and not suitable for those with mobility issues. Please wear sturdy footwear, and bring a torch if you have one (just in case).
