About
We are thrilled to welcome elite Graceful Soloist and Ballet Dancer Rachel Sheldon (nee Dowling) for Term 4 of Graceful Ballet at Bond Studios.Fusing Ballet and Graceful solo elements into each lesson, these classes will prime performers for the upcoming solo 2026 solo season, Calisthenics and Dance year and beyond.
Rachel's calisthenics career started at 3 years old. At age 12, she was attending half day school and half day ballet and at 14 was accepted into full time classical ballet at the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet. After 3 years full time, Rachel now holds a Diploma in Classical Ballet.
She has achieved Gold Medal with Honours, performed alongside Hugh Jackman, was twice a cast member in Amazing Grace, ACF Nationals Duo Winner 2023, 2nd at Royal South Street Graceful Girl 2024 and currently a part of the Australian Calisthenics Theatre doing Mother Nature with role of 'Queen of Light'
