Respect at Work Session for Leaders and ManagersThis 3.5 hour session is designed for leaders and managers in the live performance industry to understand and act on their key responsibilities in promoting respect at work. Through practical insights and peer discussion, participants will explore current expectations, key responsibilities and practical ways to proactively foster respectful, safe and inclusive workplaces. The session will also provide a reminder of LPA’s resources in this space, including its Code of Practice and other relevant guidance materials.
