It’s a sign of the season: our Oyster Shucking Masterclass returns with two sessions on Saturday 1st November. Freshly shucked oysters, sunshine, sparkling wine and the hum of pre-summer, social energy.
We’ll be joined by Perth’s King of Oysters, Jerry Fraser, who has been honing his craft since 1983; trained by ex-world champions in London before becoming Perth’s go-to shucker for over three decades. In this special Masterclass, Jerry will share the art of oyster shucking, his expertise (and a few secrets), all perfectly paired with WA’s finest sparkling, Idée Fixe.
Settle in for an afternoon of plentiful, premium Australian oysters, Brut and Rosé Sparkling and the kind of flavour, energy, and indulgence that makes this event a sell-out favourite every year.
