Outer East primary and secondary schools will be engaging in transition discussions on October 24, 2025, at four different sites.Norwood Secondary College's interviews will be taking place at HEATHMONT COLLEGE.
It is expected that a standard session will take ten minutes (to speak about up to a dozen students). Please book a second, adjoining session if you are discussing significantly more students or highly complex situations.
To make a booking:
