Intermediate A2.4 - Term 4, 2025 |

Teacher: Michael Keast. Monday evenings 6:45-8:45.
This course requires about two and a half years of previous French study. It is open to students who completed the Intermediate A2.3 course in term 3. New students should email us to enquire about availability before enrolling.
During term 4, students will cover the leçons in Unité 3 of the Inspire 2 textbook. Topics covered include: talking about the services, businesses and accommodation in a town; comparing cities; the exodus from Paris; and describing a trip overseas. Grammar points include: the relative pronouns ‘qui’, ‘que’ and ‘où’; comparative and superlative forms; direct and indirect object pronouns; and the pronouns ‘y’ and ‘en’.
The course covers the four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
