This session invites early childhood leaders to step into the complexity of
today’s sector with clarity, courage, and compassion. Together, we will
explore how to lead people through uncertainty, support teams when
challenges arise, and create cultures of trust and innovation. Central to this is
the role of leaders as advocates for social justice—fighting for equity and
fairness within their communities and workplaces.

Reimagining Quality in Practice
Quality practice is never static—it requires curiosity, reflection, and
collaboration. This session invites educators to re-examine the foundations
of their daily work: planning, documentation, and teamwork. Drawing on
innovative ideas and real examples from practice, participants will explore
new ways of seeing and doing, challenge assumptions, and strengthen their
pedagogical intent.
