About
The Greek myths have captured the imagination and intrigue of children and adults alike for thousands of years. The stories of the Greek gods have been told, retold, and translated into different languages the world over, and the characters appear to us in stories and real life encounters every day.Join us in an exploration of these characters and their adventures. Using stories and games, we will learn about the Greek gods, the monsters they fought, and the mortals who worshipped them.
At the end of these classes you will have the opportunity to test your new knowledge by taking the Pegasus Mythology Exam. You might even win a medal for your efforts!
The classes will run weekly over zoom in term 4 of 2025 and the exam will take place early in 2026. I hope you will join us.
Student will need a copy of The D'Aulaires' Book of Greek Myths.
IF THERE ARE INSUFFICIENT NUMBERS TO RUN THIS CLASS, IT WILL BE ROLLED INTO THE 2PM LESSON TIME.
