This interactive online workshop builds the capability of aged care teams to embed trauma-aware and healing-informed practices across the client journey.Aligned with the new Aged Care Act and Statement of Rights, the session explores how trauma shapes the aged care experience and offers practical strategies to create safe, empowering and culturally responsive care environments.
Participants will build foundational knowledge, reflect on real case studies, and learn how to support older people to feel respected, safe and able to exercise their rights and choices.
