About Us
We are a Catholic Charismatic community dedicated to the mission of taking the experience of Baptism of the Holy Spirit into the heart of the Catholic Church. We are based as a global lay movement operating within the Catholic Charismatic Renewal of the Church with ministries in Australia, Singapore, USA, Canada, UK and Sri Lanka, bolstered by the support of our priests and bishops.

About the Speaker
Brother Lalith Perera, a lay preacher, is the founder of the Risen Lord Community. Once an atheist, determined to disprove the existence of God, his life changed when he was baptised in the Holy Spirit in 1976 through the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in Sri Lanka.

It was the experience of the baptism of the Holy Spirit that completely transformed his life, defeated all his addictions and trumped every cynical world view. Following his divine encounter, he stepped into a life of fully serving the Lord, went on to study theology and later founded the Risen Lord Community in the late 1980s.

Many trials, struggles, and exceedingly greater miracles later, the Community started witnessing miracles at their weekly meetings, including healings, conversions and many lives being touched. The meetings began to attract thousands of people.

Br Lalith Perera, together with his wife, Sr Mercia felt the calling of the Lord to bring the baptism of the Holy Spirit to the whole Catholic Church to renew and deepen the faith. They have 2 sons, both married. As a family, they are committed to serving the Lord through the CRL Community.

📍 Thursday – St Monica’s Church, North Parramatta (Corner of North Rocks Rd & Church St, North Parramatta)

Theme: “Learn True Discipleship from the Blessed Mother”
Time: 7:30pm – Holy Mass, followed by worship and teaching

📍 Friday – St Luke’s, Performance Hub Marsden Park 
(2 Springdale St, Marsden Park NSW 2765)

Theme: Healing Night: An evening of prayer, worship, the Word and healing ministry
Time: 7:30pm 

📍 Saturday – St Luke’s, Performance Hub Marsden Park 
(2 Springdale St, Marsden Park NSW 2765)

This is a full day program and will include:
