FIVE Week Yoga Series: Gentle Yoga, Meditation & Relaxation.This five week yoga series is designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit, combining gentle stretching, foundational yoga poses, guided meditation, and deep relaxation. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi, this series offers a supportive environment to unwind, reconnect, and deepen your yoga practice.

Thursdays 7.30-8.30pm. Five weeks in October. 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30th October at 7.30pm.
BYO yoga mat (if you have one) and water bottle.
