Celebrate the end of 2025 with us on the 31st December in Sala Venezia with a 4-course dinner and entertainment.

• San Daniele Prosciutto, melone, olive baguette w’ olive tapenade, baby buratta, truffle oil
PRIMO
• Saffron, pea and prawn risotto, with poached tiger prawns infused basil oil
SECONDO
• 300gm, rib eye w’medly heirloom tomato salsa and pumpkin puree, port jus and micro chervil
• TO SHARE – Pangrattato Asparagus, Roast Royal blue Potatoes and Lemon thyme
• VENETO SALAD

• Chocolate ganache tart, lavender custard, raspberries, lemon balm pansy & raspberry couli
