This retreat will be full of connection, creativity, and the chance to pause, breathe and recharge by the river🌸
Here’s a little taste of what’s planned:
🥁 African Drumming Workshop with Chris from Circle of Drums – a 1.5 hour session where you’ll each have your own drum, plus other instruments to explore.
🥗 A delicious, nutritious lunch and refreshments (thank goodness for my amazing hubby’s cooking skills 😋).
💃 Zumba & Somatic Dance – to shake off stress, move freely, and have some fun.
🧘♀️ Guided Meditation & Sound Bowls with the wonderful Nicole McNeil, to bring calm and restoration.
And if you’d like to extend the magic, you’re welcome to stay overnight on Friday/Saturday in the cottage or bring your camper/swag ✨
