Raynee is back from her break and will be offering a series of guided meditation classes over the coming weeks. These will cover the basics of meditation and mindfulness drawing on Buddhist and Yoga teachings to support a deep connection to our mind, body and true nature. Scientific research has also shown that regular meditation can lead to numerous benefits, including reduced anxiety, improved concentration, better emotional health, and enhanced overall well-being.Learning to meditate is a gift to yourself. Drop-in meditation sessions are a good opportunity to practice in a supportive environment. Sit quietly with others and rest your mind.
