EXTENDED ACCESS TICKETS AND FEES:

🧍 'Individual Access'  - Best for: Solo attendees who will be watching on their own device (one login per person, access is exclusive to the registered individual, sharing logins or broadcasting to a group is not permitted)

Individual Extended Access EARLY BIRD - $99 per person if booked and paid before 28th February 2026

Individual Extended Access - $149 per person if booked and paid from 1st March 2026

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 'Group Viewing' - Best for: Schools or organisations hosting a group to watch together (e.g. during PD days or staff meetings) (one login is provided to the group host, the session can be broadcast to a group in a shared space eg. staffroom or hall, ideal for collective learning with a single point of access)

Group Extended Access (up to 20 attendees) - $899 per group of up to 20 people from the same school 

Group Extended Access (21+ attendees) - $1499 per group of 21 or more people from the same school 

Ticket type FAQs

If I purchase a group ticket, does everyone have to watch together at the same time?
Yes. The group ticket provides permission for the registered group host to broadcast the content to a group who are all viewing together. (Eg, at a staff meeting or PD day the group host would log in and play the a session/multiple sessions via a projector.)

I have staff who can't be there on the day the group views. How do they watch?
Any individuals who are accessing separately from the group will need an individual ticket. 

How does it work if I have multiple groups?
In most instances this will require one group ticket per group. Please reach out to admin@illumelearning.com.au with further details before registering so we can provide the best advice. 

How many times can the sessions be played?
Playing each session more than once may trigger the system to block your access. You are welcome to break your viewing into parts (eg. one session a week). If you require access to the sessions in their entirety more than once please reach out to admin@illumelearning.com.au with further details before registering so we can provide the best advice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Each registered ticket is valid for one person only. No split or shared registrations. 
• All times noted relate to Australian Eastern Standard Time GMT+10
• Online Summit access details are provided for the registered attendee only and are not to be shared. 
• For group access, login details are provided for the group host only. Group participants must be from the same school. Individual tickets are required if attendees need individual login details. 
• For cancellations of Extended Access Passes, including change of mind, the following refund policy applies:
  • Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@illumelearning.com.au
  • Cancellations made 15 days or more days prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Illume Learning takes no responsibility for emails not received due to errors or typos. Attendees should contact admin@illumelearning.com.au in the event access details for the virtual conference are not received. 
• Free access to the Online Summit content closes midnight AEST Sunday 29th March, no exceptions.
• Extended Access to the Online Summit content closes midnight Sunday AEST Saturday 30th May, no exceptions.
• Refunds will not be offered in the event of non-attendance.
