Optimising Heart Failure in Albury Wodonga presented by Associate Professor David PriorAssoc. Prof. David Prior is the Clinical Director of Cardiology at AWH and visiting cardiologist at St Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne. He is a former Deputy Director of Cardiology, Director of Non-invasive Cardiac Imaging and head of heart failure at St Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne. He also holds a position as Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne. Major clinical and research interests are in heart failure management, echocardiography, cardiac MRI, sports cardiology and pulmonary hypertension. He has published over 200 scientific papers and is a fellow of the ACC and the ASE. He is a former board member of the Cardiac Society of Australia & New Zealand and the National Heart Foundation Victoria
