About
Freeman Class Chefs 2025 at Cucina 105 is a special event that allows our students to gain real life, commercial experience and work practices, valuable life long skills and experiences that make memories they will never forget.
For one night only, Freeman students will be taking over the restaurant to create a delicious 3 course menu with the support of the Head Chef.
Seating times are 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm & 6:30pm. Disregard end time of 8:30pm, your tables will not be turned over.
The menu for the evening -
ENTREE - A Sharing platter per table: arancini (vegetarian), calamari, bruschetta & olive bread
MAIN MEAL (Option) - you pick ONE from the following:
Chicken Breast in creamy mustard sauce with mash potato and vegetables
Slow Cooked Lamb Shanks with mash potato and vegetables
VEGETARIAN OPTION: Penne with napolitana sauce, eggplant and crumbled salty ricotta
DESSERT (Option) - you pick ONE From the following: Tiramisu
Panna Cotta
Lemon Sorbet
KIDS MENU
Penne Napolitan & gelato

Tables: Make your booking based on the table you will be seated at. Multiple tickets purchased on the same transaction will be seated at the same table.
