Join industry experts Richard Choy, CEO at NATSPEC and Marianne Foley, Principal Fire Engineer from Arup as they explore the critical safety considerations surrounding electric vehicles (EVs) in building design and operation. This informative session will cover the unique fire safety risks associated with EVs, including light electric vehicles like e-scooters and e-bikes. Participants will gain valuable insights into fire brigade requirements for EV storage and charging facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

This webinar will also delve into the NCC design requirements that facilitate the installation of on-site electric vehicle charging equipment, the essential documentation requirements related to EV charging as well as practical strategies for assessing and mitigating fire risks from EVs. Learning Objectives

Following completion of this webinar, you will be able to:
