ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Joanne Zara Ellen Morrell has over a decade of professional writing experience, with two non-fiction books for writers, a contemporary women’s fiction novel, and work published in Westerly, Dircksey, RAC Horizons, and The Australian Mining Review. Her writing has been award-recognised and longlisted in major competitions.

Joanne is also the creator and host of The Hybrid Author Podcast, a weekly show with more than 175 episodes and listeners in over 41 countries, featuring interviews with industry professionals on building a hybrid author career.
