Join First Nation’s educator Nikki (Kaya Kwobidak) for a hands-on workshop.
This gentle and nourishing workshop offers participants an introduction to Australian Bush Flower Essences and their role in supporting emotional wellbeing.
Learn how native plants can support balance, grounding, and connection to self. Participants will be guided through a mindful and reflective process to tune into their current emotional needs, before intuitively selecting essences to create their own personalised blend.
The session weaves together storytelling, sensory connection, and quiet reflection in a calm and supportive space.
No prior experience is needed, all workshop materials are provided.

ABOUT NIKKI
Nikki is a Perth-based facilitator and the founder of Kaya Kwobidak, offering nature-based workshops that weave together creativity, culture, and wellbeing.
With over four years of experience holding space in community, education, and corporate settings, Nikki brings a calm, grounded, and intuitive approach to her work. Her offerings are deeply inspired by connection to Country, using natural elements and traditional-inspired practices to support emotional wellbeing and self-awareness.
Nikki holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is a qualified yoga teacher, with a passion for creating safe, inclusive spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and feel supported.
