About
The Children’s Assessment Team (CAT) at SALHN is a multi-disciplinarily team that provides specialised neurodevelopmental assessments for children and young people with complex or multiple developmental problems/concerns involving three or more areas of development.The SALHN CAT and the SALHN GP Integration Unit in collaboration with the Adelaide PHN are seeking to convene a focus group with GPs caring for families who have children and young people presenting with complex developmental concerns requiring diagnostic assessment.
The purpose of this focus group is to:
• capture a more comprehensive perspective from GPs on the current referral process and outcomes from CAT
• ask questions and explore options on how there could be a better fit and improved collaboration between GPs and CAT
