Young Adults Dinner – Stories from Asia & Beyond
Come along for a special night of food, conversation, and inspiration!
We’ll hear from Sarah and Iain, who have spent years living and working in Asia. They’ll share honestly about the joys, challenges, and unexpected lessons of stepping into another culture — and how it’s shaped their faith and outlook on life.
Whether you’re passionate about global mission, curious about life in other cultures, or simply exploring what it means to have a heart for the nations — this night is for you.
About Sarah and Iain
Sarah and Iain have each spent about a decade living and working in Asia. Sarah began her career as an engineer in the United States before joining SIL (Wycliffe) in 2014. She now serves as a sociolinguistics researcher, using her analytical and personal skills to support minority language communities, Bible translation, and partnerships with local universities. Iain moved to Asia in 2017 where he has worked with a not-for-profit, using his law and anthropology background
