Prepare@West 2026: Barista Course
About
This full-day, off-site Barista course gives Year 11 students the opportunity to gain a practical skill that is highly valued in the workplace. Across the day, students will learn the essentials of coffee making, including how to operate an espresso machine, create a variety of café-style drinks, master coffee grinding and milk preparation, while practising quality customer service. By the end of the course, students will have developed confidence in a skill that can open doors to part-time work, future employment opportunities, and transferable customer service experience that will support them well beyond school.Date
