What is Family Constellations?
Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach that helps uncover how unresolved issues from past generations impact your life today through a unique group process.
This Family Constellation group workshop is for you if you are:
- Curious about how your family's story and dynamics impact your present life
- Ready to break cycles and repeating patterns
- Feeling like you are carrying emotional burden that does not belong to you
- Ready to gain clarity on life challenges that stopping you to reach your potential
How Can You Participate?
- Having a Constellation - You will work directly with the facilitator to explore your personal issue
- As a Representative - You are representing in others’ constellations
