Private businesses in the waste and resource recovery and related sectors are  impacted by a range of external drivers. These include changing regulatory landscapes and financial pressure to innovate and grow.

A key strategic response has been for private operators to pursue succession planning, mergers, sales or acquisitions of businesses as the industryconsolidates after a period of rapid  growth and change. In this seminar, we will discuss the unique industry and sector drivers of mergers, business sales and acquisitions, corporate governance issues, financing strategies, and the impact of recent regulatory changes under the Circular Economy Act and Environment Protection Act in Victoria as critical success factors.

The seminar will be followed by networking opportunities and refreshments at Russell Kennedy's offices at 500 Bourke Street, Melbourne.
