Book carefully as there is no exchange or refund after purchase, if you make a mistake in the booking or if you cant make it for any reason including sickness, accident or change of circumstance. Once the transaction is completed, download to your device or print out and bring with you on the night of the event. If you do not receive a confirmation for any reason and there is usually a simple explanation for this, contact us via the link below and if the transaction has been completed, a ticket will be reissued. Organisers reserve the right to substitute performer or performers in the event of sickness, inability to perform, strike, lock-out, travel difficulties, weather related circumstance, civil unrest or other circumstance that renders the artist unable to perform. Refunds are similarly not available if you make a mistake in the booking, change your mind or have a change of circumstance that prevents you from attending.
In the event of postponement, tickets are automatically valid for the new date. If ticket holders are unable to make the new date, they will have forteen days to request a refund by using the CONTACT button/link on this page.
In the event of a full cancellation, refunds will be made direct to the account from which the ticket was purchased.
