Join us for an inspiring lunch to celebrate International Women’s Day with networking and a special presentation from Jo Stanley

For too long, systems have silenced or sidelined women. Join us as broadcaster and gender equity advocate Jo Stanley shares how she uses the microphone to challenge established narratives and create new ones.

This keynote explores how women in business can lead cultural change through their platforms, networks and choices.

Jo also offers a powerful perspective on how economic empowerment drives justice, especially in her role as ambassador for Fitted for Work a charity that helps women experiencing disadvantage to find and keep meaningful employment.

About the presenter 

Jo Stanley is a well-known Australian broadcaster and media entrepreneur. She rose to fame as co-host of the top-rating Matt & Jo breakfast show and has since appeared on various radio and television programs. In 2020, she founded Broad Radio, Australia’s first radio network created by and for women, as a platform to amplify women’s voices and stories.

Jo is a passionate supporter of gender equity and causes that address mental health, family violence prevention, and women’s leadership.

Parking:

For your convenience, the best place to park is in the underground carpark at M-City which can be accessed from either Blackburn Rd or Princess Hwy. Once in the underground carpark, there is an exclusive entrance into the hotel which is located behind the red wall with the PARKROYAL Monash Signage. This entrance is located near parking bay M22 – Bay numbers are located on the pillars in the carpark. Attendees can access the lift in this entrance and come up to level ‘R’ which is the hotel reception as well as the PARKROYAL Ballroom.

PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne will provide any guests who are staying longer than 3 hours with a QR code which will allow guests to exit the carpark Free of Charge.
